Due to the nature of the products we sell, we currently do NOT offer returns. To ensure the safety and health of our staff and our customers, refunds are prohibited due to COVID and other health reasons.
Be sure to check your order before checking out to ensure the correct items are being purchased. In the event of an incorrect item being shipped at fault of Goated Vanity, item will NOT be accepted for return but correct item will be shipped if requested or refund/store credit will be given.

Damages or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damages or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@goatedvanity.com with the following:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item(s) received
• Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine the proper handling of the manner. If item was damaged on transit, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier that delivered the package.
Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. The Goated Vanity is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by that carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all information is correct before completing checkout.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the case of:
• Verified damaged items prior to transit
• Items sent incorrectly by our team
Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment or issued as a store credit at our discretion.
Refused or Returned Packages
Packages that are refused or returned to sender due to incorrect address information will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy
At The Goated Vanity, we take fraud and payment disputes very seriously.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms:
Authorized Purchase Agreement
By completing your purchase and selecting the agreement checkbox at checkout, you confirm:
• You are the authorized cardholder
• You have permission to use the payment method provided
• You agree to all store policies, including our no-fraud and chargeback policy
• You understand all sales, processing times, and delivery terms
Any false dispute or unauthorized chargeback will be considered fraudulent activity.
Transaction & Delivery Proof
We keep detailed records of every order for fraud protection and dispute resolution.
This includes:
• Customer IP address
• Billing and shipping address
• Device/browser used at checkout
• Email and phone number provided
• Time/date of purchase
• Order confirmation
• Tracking and delivery confirmation
• Agreement to policies at checkout
These records are submitted as evidence to banks and payment processors in the event of a dispute or chargeback.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback is filed for a legitimate order that has been processed, shipped, delivered, or fulfilled:
• We will submit all evidence to dispute the claim
• You will be permanently banned from purchasing
• Your information may be flagged for fraud prevention
• We reserve the right to pursue recovery of lost funds, fees, and merchandise
• Fraudulent disputes may be reported to appropriate agencies if necessary
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us to resolve an issue is a violation of this agreement.
High-Value & Luxury Item Protection
Due to the nature of luxury beauty, hair, and custom items:
• Orders cannot be canceled once processing begins
• Delivered items cannot be disputed as “unauthorized” after successful delivery confirmation
• Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders
• We reserve the right to require ID verification for orders flagged as high risk
Digital Products & Downloadable Items
All digital product purchases are final sale.
Once a digital item has been delivered or accessed:
• No refunds will be issued
• Chargebacks for digital downloads will be disputed as fraud
• Access logs and download confirmations are retained as proof of delivery
Pre-Orders & Processing Times
By placing a preorder or made-to-order purchase, you agree to the stated processing timeframe listed on the product page.
Preorders and custom items:
• Cannot be canceled once production begins
• Are not eligible for chargebacks due to processing time
• Are protected under this agreement once purchased
Fraud Screening & Order Holds
We reserve the right to:
• Cancel any suspicious order
• Request ID or billing verification
• Refuse service to anyone suspected of fraud
• Hold orders for manual review
If verification is not provided, the order may be canceled and refunded.
Agreement Confirmation
By placing an order and checking the policy agreement box at checkout, you legally confirm that:
• You have read and agreed to all store policies
• You will not file a fraudulent dispute or chargeback
• You understand all sales are subject to these terms
Violation of this agreement will be considered fraud.
